What is located where?
The gaming tables and the slot machines are in separate sections of the Kurhaus. The gaming tables are located on the ground floor of the Kurhaus, while the slot machines are in the historic cellar vault in the basement.

You can ask the casino staff for assistance at any time when playing the slot machines. If you have questions about the gaming tables, please contact our staff at the reception counter. They will be glad to provide you with information. Our game technicians (croupiers) must be able to devote their full concentration to the game. We kindly request your understanding that, as such, they cannot provide detailed answers to your questions. In addition, you have the possibility to request informational material or ask us targeted questions via our contact page.

Tips?
It is common – but not required –to give one jeton as a tip if you win a straight-up roulette bet at the casino. The jeton can be presented to the croupier with the words "For the staff!" If, when and how high a tip you give in other games is entirely up to your personal discretion.
