be credited to your admission charge for the gaming
tables.

Questions about the

when playing the slot machines. If you have questions
about the gaming tables, please contact our staff at
the reception counter. They will be glad to provide
you with information. Our game technicians (croupiers)
must be able to devote their full concentration to the
game. We kindly request your understanding that, as
such, they cannot provide detailed answers to your questions.
In addition, you have the possibility to request informational
material or ask us targeted questions via our contact
page.
Tips?
It is common – but not required –to give
one jeton as a tip if you win a straight-up roulette
bet at the casino. The jeton can be presented to the
croupier with the words "For the staff!" If,
when and how high a tip you give in other games is entirely
up to your personal discretion.
Can I take the jetons home
with me?
According to the house gaming rules, the jetons must
be exchanged at the counter before leaving the gaming
room. Jetons designed as gifts to take home can also
be purchased there.
